Professional Experience
I have been working with The Window Man as a sales consultant since 2006. My focus, or specialization, is Commercial, Military, High-Rise and Condominium window needs, especially buildings with historical or acoustical (Noise Reduction window needs) emphasis.
I have visited numerous factories to see the first hand care and detail each factory gives to their products. I have dedicated myself to acquiring all of the knowledge on each and every product that we provide to our clients.
Prior to working with The Window Man, I worked as a customer service representative in the golf and pet care industry. I also worked in management at Lowes & Home Depot.
Founded in 1989, The Window Man has been built on the principles of honesty, integrity, and a no-pressure, educational approach. The Window Man is a company you can count on. With multiple lines of fiberglass windows, far superior to vinyl and other lesser materials, you will find the perfect window for your home. Windows should be a once in a housetime investment, and with us it will be! The Window Man also is the region’s exclusive retail partner of Mon-Ray Secondary “Storm” Windows. So, if you love your wood windows, great! Keep them! Visit our fully staffed showroom in Fairfax, VA to see for yourself with full-sized, fully installed windows to see and operate. Our wide selection gives us the confidence that we will be able to provide a solution for almost any home improvement project. With our AAMA Master certified installation teams and factory trained staff, we have completed thousands of residential and commercial projects in Northern Virginia, DC & Maryland.
I am proud to be a part of The Window Man team and truly enjoy providing my clients with the BEST products and service the industry has to offer! I look forward to working with you.

Having founded P.B.S., Inc, or The Window Man, all the way back in 1989, I am extremely proud of our family’s company; its growth, its commitment to our employees, our reputation in the community and amongst our near-15,000 customers. And last, I am most proud that we’ve never lost sight of who we are, The Educational Window Company! We educate…You decide! In the early years, I was the owner, the Lead Design Consultant, the secretary, the account, the janitor…you name it!
Now, over three decades later, I have the opportunity to focus on the aspects of the industry I enjoy most, which is the technical or architectural side of the business. Largescale, challenging projects involving detailed and extensive planning may seem overwhelming to most in our industry, but that’s where I thrive; it’s truly a joy seeing a vision become a plan, a plan become a design, and a design become reality!
For example, The Window Man has pulled off such feats as replacing 1,600 windows in an occupied condo complex in just 6 months. Another achievement we’re very proud of is replacing nearly every window in 3 different school buildings in Seaford, DE in just one summer.
Probably the most enjoyable project we were able to complete was the Winterthur Museum in Delaware. The Window Man installed 417 exterior storm windows! The scaffolding alone was a work of art surrounding much of the exterior of the building. Also, their staff professors, project architect and facilities manager were wonderful people.
I could go on and on what with having 35+ years in the replacement window industry; working on federal buildings installing acoustical windows and doors/transoms over 16’ tall, being a part of converting the former D.C. prison facilities into the Liberty Crest apartments, installing over 2,000 interior storm windows, etc. But I know the most important part of my job is making sure The Window Man always remains a company driven by excellence and integrity, treating customers with respect (you’ll never see a Buy-One-Get-One Free “sale” here) and fulfilling our mission statement of being The Educational Window Company! We educate…You decide!

I have been working with The Window Man as a Window Replacement Consultant since 2003. I have visited fourteen factories to see firsthand the care and detail each factory gives to their products. I have dedicated myself to acquiring all the knowledge I can on each and every product we provide to our clients. This enables me to provide the windows or doors that best suit our customer’s needs and budget.
Prior to working with The Window Man I enjoyed my time as a Sales Representative in the men’s clothing industry. However, due to changes in the industry I had to decide to find another path in my career. After a month of searching, I found a home with The Window Man, a company that shared my strong values and principals. This has been quite a refreshing experience in the sales industry, and I have found that I am able to serve each client with the same high quality that I would expect for myself.
